I began my journey into digital craftsmanship as an HTML programmer, front-end graphic designer and overall usability expert. Throughout all of my experience I was able to adapt, work with programmers, understand the complexities of the digital landscape and all it entails, simplify matters and remain a true user advocate. However, as a project manger for website initiatives, I now have the unique perspective of a hands-on designer, along with time tested iterative methodologies that guaranty success for any project.
Process
No matter at which stage of development the project is in, the iterative model encourages user feedback to gain insight, test and implement functionality.

This means taking the time to take various perspectives into consideration, making cases along the way, remaining open and flexible, and focusing on making an impact on the client and user.
METHODS
Employing time-tested techniques that allow for the gathering and structuring of valuable information. These include:
- interviews / surveys
- competitive review
- project briefs
- card sorting
